    We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Data Transfer, Integration & Quality to join our Reconciliation Center of Excellence Change team. This role is in Pune and Chennai - HYBRID.

    In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Shall be working within the RCoE Change Reporting & Analytics POD, supporting the creation of multitude of operational & regulatory reports utilizing group approved technology tools.
  • To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Previous work experience in Data Analytics environment is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Direct experience with SQL (Must)
  • Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools (Must)
  • Experience with Alteryx or any equivalent ETL Tool (Preferred)
  • Team player, proven track record in building effective relationships across global locations.
  • Strong analytical skills, including ability to extract and analyse data.
  • Good attention to detail and a result driven approach
  • Organized and able to manage workload efficiently.
  • Ability to work under pressure and ensure accurate output under tight timescales.
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Advanced degree in quantitative analysis (preferred)
  • + years of total work experience preferred.
