- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid license to practice occupational therapy in Tamil Nadu
- 1 to 3 years of experience in occupational therapy
- Sound knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Empathy, patience, and compassion towards patients
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Assess and evaluate patients' physical and mental abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patient's ability to perform daily activities
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and their families on adaptive techniques and equipment
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Stay updated with latest advancements and research in occupational therapy
