    Description

    Domain Specialist of Accounts Payable

    The Domain Specialist of Accounts Payable is responsible for managing the entire accounts payable process, from tracking volumes to ensuring timely payments and compliance with company policies. This role requires strong domain expertise in accounts payable operations, excellent communication skills, and a customer service mentality.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Track daily payables volumes, including invoices, helpdesk, T&E, etc., and allocate tasks accordingly.
    • Supervise teams to ensure timely completion of tasks in adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
    • Prepare invoices and expense reports for payment, including inputting data into financial reporting systems, coding, verifying correct ledger codes, and reviewing supporting documentation.
    • Identify improvement opportunities using benchmarking data, design and implement process improvements, and execute on results.
    • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with company policies and protect clients from fraud, waste, and abuse.
    • Provide accurate and helpful support with supplier inquiries.
    • Independently resolve discrepancies with clients and departments or individuals throughout the firm.
    • Program administration and oversight of the corporate card program, including system administration of Concur and collaborating with technical teams.
    • Establish effective relationships with partners within and outside the organization through written and verbal communication.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's/master's degree in Finance and Accounting.
    • Experience in Accounts Payable or Finance.
    • Functional SME with Workday Financials and SAP Concur.

    Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
