    Job Title: Data Analyst

    Location: Bengaluru

    Experience Level: 3+ years

    Job Type: Full-Time

    Reports to: Sr. Manager - Database & Outreach Programs

    Job Description:

    The Database Analyst will be part for Database team and responsible to ensure robust data management. This also involves implementing MDM (Master Data Management). The main focus will be collaborating with the business team to identify data needs and optimal segmentation. Validation and updates will play a crucial role in this position.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Experience in the field of data management, extraction, and proficiency in SQL.
    • Skilled in marketing research, statistical analysis, and data visualization best practices, including expertise in Tableau and Power BI.
    • Collect, clean, and manipulate extensive datasets to derive actionable insights.
    • Compilation of data for briefs, sharing of formatted data with account management, and delivering data for confirmed projects.
    • Quality check of post-event data and incorporation of new data into the master repository.
    • Managing database effectiveness, ensuring data protection, and overseeing data entry procedures.
    • Collaborating with Data Validation and Acquisition team, monitoring database results, and updating job knowledge regularly.

    Qualifications:

    Graduation in any stream. Post-graduation not mandatory.

    4-5 years of relevant experience required.

    Skills Required:

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in any discipline, additional degrees would be a plus.
    • Proficiency in managing databases, Microsoft Office, G suite, Advanced Excel, VBA, Tableau/Power BI, SQL, Python, and ETL Tools.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills.
