RolesandResponsibilities:Asa Technical Lead you will play a pivotal role in guiding andoverseeing the technical aspects of our product development. Youwill lead a team of talented engineers collaborate withcrossfunctional teams and contribute to the creation of cuttingedgetechnology products. The ideal candidate is a seasoned technicalexpert with strong leadership skills and a passion for drivinginnovation.
JobResponsibilities:Provide technical leadership to the development team guiding themthrough the entire product developmentlifecycle. Mentorthe development team in identifying and resolving complexissues. Gatherfunctional requirements from stakeholders and develop technicalspecifications.Design and develop scalable solutions enforce coding guidelines andperform coding with theTeam. Envisioningarchitectural scheme information structure features functionalityand user interfacedesign. Distributethe development work following agilemethodology Conductregular code reviews to ensure code quality adherence to codingstandards and the use of bestpractices.Implement and maintain robust testing processes to guarantee thereliability and stability of theproduct. Ensureproject delivery as per the defined quality standards acceptancecriteria andschedule.Optimization of database designs and queries on a regularbasis Auditing ofproduct security multiple device support and data protection onregular basis Stayuptodate with the latest technologies and trends and encourage theteam to doso.
Skills:Strong knowledge and working exposure on any of the )Good handson experience withRedux Familiaritywith databases Postgres Redis No SQL DatabaseElasticSearchKnowledge of GraphqlPrismaSocket ioAzureElasticsearch andMicroservice is amust. Knowledge ofAzure DevOps and task breakdownmanagement Goodhandson experience of cloud providers like Azure and DigitalOcean Good handsonexperience with Apache Kafka andElasticSearch Goodhandson experience withTexttoSpeechKnowledge of OpenAI will bebeneficial.Familiar with agilepractices Must haveexcellent communicationskills.
