The primary goal of Pqxel is to assist companies and innovative ideas in developing their software-based products (whether mobile or web applications). Once these products are built, Pqxel further aids them by providing digital marketing services to promote their brand and boost sales.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with a strong background in both front-end and back-end development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in React JS for web application front-end development, React Native for mobile app development, and proficiency in building robust APIs using backend technologies such as or similar frameworks. Additionally, experience with various databases, including SQL and MongoDB, is essential. Experience setting up environments in AWS and/or Azure is also preferred.

NOTE: This is a FULL-TIME role, Pqxel doesn't outsource any work. Please do not apply if you're seeking part-time work or currently working on other projects.

Responsibilities:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

· 3 years of hands-on experience in React JS for web application front-end development.

· 2 years of experience in React Native for mobile app development.

· Proficiency in backend development using or similar frameworks.

· Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.

· Strong understanding of database management systems, including SQL and MongoDB.

· Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Experience setting up environments in AWS and/or Azure.

· Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

· Understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.

Compensation

· 30,000 to 40,000 Indian Rupees per month or 3.6 to 4.8 lakhs a year based on our evaluation

· Project Comission: 1% from the project GP. For example, if Pqxel makes $20,000 on a project in GP, you'll be paid 1% of this as comission if delivered in time and paid in full. For this example, your payment will be $200 which translates to 12,000 INR paid towards this project.

Location

· Though the job is primarily remote, employees would be required to attend any local company events if invited.

Timings

· All employees are required to put 8hours a day (inclusive of internal meetings during fixed EST hours) and fill in the timesheets and other documentation required for the success of this role.
