    Description
    This position shall be responsible for Corporate Social Responsibility [CSR] projects of Par India Sites. He is responsible for the preparation of the Annual CSR Plan, Strategizing and driving CSR Programmes/projects, and Implementing the CSR Projects as per Section 135, Schedule VII of Companies Act 2013, and Corporate Social Responsibility [CSR] Rules.

    He is also responsible for Regular Field visits and Monitoring and evaluation of the projects, need assessment, organizing CSR Visits. Prepare project documents including monthly CSR reports / Bulletin / PPT. He needs to take additional responsibility for the smooth functioning of the Par India Foundation [PIF] and prepare CSR reports to the Board, CSR Committee, and Board of Trustees of PIF. He is also accountable for applying CSR awards for the companies.
    • Preparation of Annual CSR plan & budget for across Par India locations. Renewal of CSR project with existing NGO partners in Chennai and Mumbai. Ensure smooth functioning of the new CSR Project in Indore. Implementation, Monitoring, Evaluation & follow up CSR projects of Par India Locations. Documentation & reporting of CSR projects. Impact assessment of CSR project across Par India locations. Par India Foundation activities. Applying for various CSR Awards under National category in esteemed forums. Annual CSR video. Organizing ENDO GIVES Day & Employee Engagement across locations. He is should be a part of the finance team in arriving 2% CSR breakdown from the company's financials and responsible for budgeting & allocation of funds to the identified CSR projects. Strategizing and driving programs based on the company's CSR policy and Identification of potential implementation partners.
    • Engage in due diligence and other legal processes in coordination with the legal department (Drafting Grant/Service Agreements, Scope of Services - SoS and its related Amendments). Ensure on-time disbursement procedures (Blocking of provisions and ensuring on-time payment with finance department). Regular follow-up with implementing agencies for billing and payment clearances; tracking of 80G and submission of the same in the taxation department).
    • Monitoring and tracking implementation milestones through maintaining an annual calendar (Planned Vs Actuals). Troubleshoots issues and challenges. Ensure the activities/projects are aligned with the vision of the company's CSR policy. Conduct yearly evaluation of implementation through engaging external auditors.
    • Preparation of CSR annual Report, as per prescribed formation mentioned in Section 135 Schedule 7 of Companies Act, 2013, for the Company's Board of Directors Report. Preparation and presentation of CSR report to the CSR Committee (preparation of Meeting Agenda, Notes to the Meeting, MoM, and circulation). Conduct various Employment volunteering events.
    • Responsible for submission of Trust deed, re-registration of amendment trust deeds of PIF in Sub-registrar office. Responsible to ensure the 12AA, 80G of the trust are aligned as per the latest amendment of the Income Tax Act and follow up with auditors for the filing PIF trust income tax returns on time.

    A Minimum of 8 Years of experience with Master Degree in Social work / MBA Rural Management or equivalent.
