    Good experience and working knowledge in SNOW (ServiceNow) modules like ITOM, CSM, CMDB, ITSM, Discovery, CSM, ITAMUnderstanding of the project delivery lifecycle and processesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsability to lead a team and understanding of agile methodology

    Preferred Skills:
    B.E. / B.TechExperience in any 4 modules like CSM, Discovery, ITSM, ITOM etc.
