    Content Strategy & Creation:

    Develop and create content for the brand's social media channels, tailored to engage our audience and promote the brand.

     

    Platform Management:

    Manage the brand's presence across various social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), ensuring profiles and bios are up-to-date and accurately reflect the brand.

     

    Audience Engagement:

    Respond to comments, interact with followers, and monitor trends to foster a strong sense of community and drive growth.

     

    Analytics & Performance Tracking:

    Track key metrics (engagement, reach, clicks) and analyze performance data to refine strategies and optimize results.

     

    Campaign Management:

    Plan and execute campaigns (contests, giveaways, partnerships) to boost visibility and engagement, collaborating with marketing and design teams.

     

    Social Listening:

    Monitor mentions, hashtags, and industry conversations to stay updated on trends and brand sentiment, ensuring a proactive approach to reputation management.

     

    Ad Campaigns:

    Create and manage paid ads to promote content/products, optimizing based on performance data to maximize return on investment.

     

    Affiliate Management:

    Review affiliate pages (Zomato, Dineout), ensure information is current, maintain ratings, and encourage reviews to build strong relationships with partners.

     

    Sales Review & Coordination:

    Monitor daily and monthly sales with the GM and DM to ensure monthly targets are met, analyzing ad performance and reservation numbers to inform strategy adjustments.

     

    Key Requirements:

    • Hospitality experience preferred
    • 2+ years of experience
    • 6-day workweek
    • Laptop required
    • Location: Panchsheel Park, Mehrauli, or Gurgaon
