    Description

    Pradeepit Consulting Services is actively seeking a skilled Java Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role requires strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices for backend development, coupled with proficiency in for frontend development, and experience with Azure cloud services. You will be responsible for the analysis, design, development, and implementation of highly scalable Java and UI applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and contributing to all stages of the software development lifecycle.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Full Stack Development: Provides intermediate-level system analysis, design, development, and implementation of Java and UI applications.
    • Backend Development: Develops robust backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservice architecture. Designs and implements Java REST services.
    • Frontend Development: Utilizes for building web UI applications.
    • Code Quality & Maintenance: Develops code that reuses objects, is well-structured, includes sufficient comments, and is easy to maintain. Participates in design, code, and test inspections throughout the lifecycle to identify issues and ensure methodology compliance.
    • Deployment & Support: Elevates code into the development, test, and Production environments on schedule. Provides production support when needed. Submits change control requests and documents.
    • System Analysis & Design: Participates in systems analysis activities, including system requirements analysis and definition (e.g., prototyping). Participates in other meetings such as those for use case creation and analysis.
    • Documentation: Writes the system technical portion of assigned deliverables. Assists technical team members with the system technical portion of their deliverables (e.g., systems testers with test plans).
    • Testing & Automation: Possesses strong unit test and Cucumber skills. Experience with test automation and test-driven development practices and frameworks (e.g., mutation testing, functional testing, JUnit, Cucumber, Mockito, contract testing).
    • DevOps & CI/CD: Familiarity with DevOps concepts, tools, and continuous delivery pipelines (e.g., Bamboo, Jenkins, Maven, Bitbucket, Jira, GIT).
    • API Integration: Experience with REST Service calls.
    • Cloud Development: Leverages expertise with Azure for application deployment and management.

    Must-Have Skills

    • Java: Strong proficiency in Java.
    • Spring/Spring Boot: Strong skills in Spring and Spring Boot.
    • Microservices: Expertise in microservices architecture.

    • Software Design: Strong knowledge of Java software design principles and patterns.
    • Testing: Strong unit test and Cucumber skills; experience with test automation and TDD practices and frameworks (JUnit, Cucumber, Mockito, contract testing).
    • REST Services: Experience with REST Service calls and developing Java REST services.

    Preferred Skills

    • Experience with API management platforms, design standards, and patterns.
    • Knowledge of cloud AWS development engineering standard methodologies is a plus.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, , and Azure.
