- Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for specific roles.
- Communicate with candidates via email, phone, and other channels to schedule interviews, provide updates, and answer queries.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely and professional communication and support.
- Assist with scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and organizing recruitment-related documentation.
- Right from thinking about the kind of folks we should hire, to writing JDs and sourcing candidates
- You have to know how to sell You'll do the first call.
