    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Merchandising Manager for our company, Cotton Concepts. As the Marketing Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all marketing and merchandising activities for our home textile products. This includes curating designs, product development, and working closely with international buyers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing home textiles, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to exceed sales targets.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in marketing and merchandising, preferably in the home textiles industry.
    • Proven track record of successfully marketing and selling home textile products.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong leadership and negotiation abilities.
    • Experience in coordinating with international buyers and managing client relationships.
    • Ability to prepare customized catalogues and mood boards as per buyer's requirements.
    • Proactive and self-driven with the ability to exceed sales targets.
    • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our home textile products.
    • Coordinate with international buyers to understand their requirements and prepare customized catalogues and mood boards.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, exceeding their expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Generate new enquiries and leads through trade fairs and other marketing activities.
    • Develop and implement merchandising plans to optimize product display and maximize sales.
    • Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
    • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
    • Manage and mentor a team of marketing and merchandising professionals, providing guidance and support.
