    Description

    You will provide administrative support to the CEO of the firm by efficiently handling and managing all administrative matters of and for the leadership. In this role, you will display your strong command of English by effectively liaising with clients, teams and other contacts.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assisting individuals, you support in day to day activities including the coordination of daily meetings and schedules, email management and other general office duties
    • Coordinate meetings - including booking rooms and Video / Audio conference calls
    • Plan and manage itineraries and travel arrangements
    • Assist in the preparation of external and internal Business documents, communications and presentation
    • Handle requests for information and data and be able to prepare reports and meaningful data
    • Excellent reporting and writing skills

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree
    • 3-5 years of corporate experience in an administrative position
    • Ability to present data in a well written manner and attention to detail
    • Strong organizational and coordination skills
    • Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships with the stakeholders
    • Maturity to handle confidential and/or sensitive information
    • Proficiency in Windows, including MS Word, EXCEL and Power Point
    • Excellent verbal and written language skills in English
