    Hiring for Veeva Vault Configuration Speciation | Remote | Long Term Contract

    Title: Veeva Vault Configuration Speciation – Regulatory Vault

    Location: Poland or India (remote)

    Duration: Long Term Contract

    Our client in the consumer healthcare industry is seeking a Veeva Vault Configuration Specialist with strong experience in Veeva Regulatory Vault to support both BAU operations and the delivery of new features in a GxP‑compliant environment. The role involves hands‑on configuration and customization of Veeva Vault Regulatory applications to meet business and regulatory requirements, active participation in quarterly Vault release cycles (including impact assessments, configuration updates, validation, and post‑release support), and ongoing system support and enhancement. The specialist will collaborate closely with global business, QA, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, resolve defects, manage change requests, and ensure all configuration work adheres to validation and GxP standards. Responsibilities also include maintaining configuration and validation documentation and working within an Agile/Scrum delivery model, participating in ceremonies and supporting continuous improvement across the Vault platform.

    Must‑Have Qualifications

    • Veeva Vault Admin Certification (required to obtain admin access)
    • 3–5 years of hands‑on Veeva Vault configuration experience
    • 2–3 years of Veeva Vault administration experience
    • Strong GxP compliance mindset with experience working in validated environments
    • Ability to work closely with internal stakeholders across business and IT
    • Experience participating in Scrum / Agile teams
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills

    Nice‑to‑Have Skills

    • Regulatory domain knowledge (Regulatory Affairs, submissions, or compliance)
    • Experience supporting Veeva Vault Regulatory specifically
    • Familiarity with Jira or ALM tools
    • Exposure to release management processes
