Aboutthe role:
We are looking for aseasoned program manager who can help us deliver longterm productvision for the engineering teams. You will also be responsible forproviding scalable platform solutions to tech teams.

As TPM youwill collaborate with a highlytalented team of tech leaders UXdesigners program/product managers and analysts to continuouslypush the boundaries.

We work on areas such asbuilding massivescale mobile and webapplications engaginguserinterfaces user personalization platform content systems searchsystems recommendation machine learning and streamingsystems.

You will work closely with thebusiness in shaping our product and serve hundreds of millions oflisteners You will have the opportunity to be part of a rapidlygrowing organisation and gain exposure to all the parts of astreamingcompany.

KeyResponsibilities:

PlanningYouwill facilitate the roadmap sprint and prioritisation and ensurethe business commit happens with proper coordination across teamsand scope is well understood.

Ensures a proper project plan isavailable for all major features.

You willhave end to end ownership of complex and large scalecrossfunctional initiatives including project definition roadmapplanning resource planning and projectexecutionYou will estimate work effortsrequired to deliver the projects and create detailed plan for theteamExecutionOwns theoverall execution plan and ensures that teams follow the agreedprocess and guidelines and status communication to all stakeholders(Business & Engineering).

Ensures that deliverables meetthe quality standards set. Responsible for all cross teamcommunications and guides the team on best practices andprocesses.
ClosureLessonsLearned are documented and applied in further programs.

Contractsare formally closed and conduct necessary meetings to check andcommunicate that the key tenets of the project are met or not.

Youwill be responsible for reporting key metrics for sprint executiontest Execution bugs issues risk etc. to the leadership / projectteam and maintaining the KPI Metrics at pods teams and ProgramLevel.

DesiredSkills and Experience:
Abilityto lead cross functional teams of developers designers DevOpsengineers.

Ability to handle multiplepriorities in a fastpaced environment & deep understandingof software development in a team and a track record of shippingsoftware on timeAbility to communicateeffectively at all levels with executives and technicalteams.

Be comfortable with ambiguity conductroot cause analyses for key businessmetricsCoordinate with the respectivestakeholders/crossfunctional teams e.g.

Product category marketingbusiness finance etc for monthly/weeklyreviewsMust have exposure to leading productdevelopment within a high growthenvironmentExpert in using projectmanagement tools like JIRA etcFoster aculture of accountability teamwork and continuous improvementwithin the project teams.

Strongunderstanding of software development methodologies Agileframeworks and project managementprinciples.
