    Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - OpenText Content Suite

    In this role, you will drive endtoend implementation, deployment, administration, and upgrades of OpenText Content Suite and related components, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability in enterprise environments.

    You will serve as a subject matter expert (SME), guiding teams, optimizing system architecture, and supporting clients across their digital content management transformation journeys.

    .Responsibilities
    .Lead deployment, configuration, administration, and maintenance of OpenText Content Suite Platform (OTCS)
    .Implement and support OpenText xECM, OTDS, Archive Center, and related modules
    .Perform version upgrades, platform migrations, and patch installations across complex environments
    .Troubleshoot system, integration, and performance issues, ensuring minimal downtime
    .Develop, customize, and optimize WebReports and LiveReports to support business needs
    .Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless delivery
    .Ensure system security, governance, and compliance with enterprise standards
    .Prepare technical documentation, runbooks, and SOPs
    .Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices and knowledge-sharing initiatives
    .Partner with business stakeholders to design scalable, sustainable ECM solutions
    Qualifications we seek in you
    Minimum Qualifications
    .Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
    .Demonstrated handson experience with OpenText Content Suite (OTCS)
    .Strong expertise in OTDS, xECM, Archive Center, and related Content Server components
    .Practical experience in LiveReports & WebReports development
    .Skilled in handling upgrades, migrations, deployment, and administration activities
    .Solid troubleshooting and problemsolving capabilities
    .Experience with Windows/Linux environments, SQL databases, and application server concepts
    Preferred Qualifications
    .Experience integrating OTCS with SAP, SharePoint, or other enterprise systems
    .Understanding of cloud deployments (Azure/AWS) and containerbased architectures
    .Knowledge of ECM best practices, metadata models, permissions, and records management
    .Ability to work in Agile/DevOps environments
    .Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing abilities
