- Create, maintain, and deliver aclient's holistic web analytics measurement model through the identification ofobjectives, goals, key performance indicators, segments, and targets.
- Create specific data pipeline, dataview, data segments to enable dashboard creation for the client.
- Provides analysis and reporting ofuser behaviour by device for interactive, email, and social media marketingchannels.
- Enhance and facilitate tracking andreporting improvements, such as easier data extraction, new reportingcapabilities, deeper insights, and integrations across various data sources.
- Contribute to omni-channel view byintegrating interactive customer data with customer database information.
- Collaborates with client'sstakeholders to understand reporting needs and recommends/executes appropriatereports. Owns analytical methodology/definitions.
- Leads validation and analysis ofsignificant volumes of data, including the ability to discover and quantifypatterns and trends in numbers and text, using known and evolving technologiesand methods.
- Translates business measurementrequirements into technical tracking solutions.
- Coordinates data feeds and updatesand sources additional data required for analysis.
- Evaluates and troubleshootssituations to prevent a recurrence of the problem or failure.
- Implement and validate thesuccessful reception of data in data views and dashboards.
- Work with AEP implementationspecialists to build and maintain accurate journey dashboards & reports.
- Understand XDM & Journeyconfigurations from RTCDP & AJO platforms respectively to build accuratedashboards/reports.
- Create SQL queries for understandingand troubleshooting data.
