    Brand Studio is a Creative Communication Agency catering to the Atlas Copco Group. We provide creative services to all companies and brands under the Atlas Copco umbrella worldwide. Our main customers are located in Europe however we work with companies on all continents and in most time zones. Our current portfolio spans 25+ brands.

    About the Role:

    We are looking for an HR Officer. As the HR Officer, you will closely work and support the HR Manager, and be responsible for the smooth running of HR operational processes throughout the Employee Life Cycle, from Hire to Retire.

    You will handle the day-to-day administration to ensure HR operational processes and procedures are developed, implemented, and carried out in accordance with the people strategy, and current policies. You will also be supporting in driving and assisting people practices-related initiatives and projects.

    To succeed in the role, you've got to be able to run lots of things at once and be able to proactively manage your time, and energy.

    You will report to the HR Manager.

    What you will do (not limited to):

  • Responsible for the smooth running of HR operational processes throughout the Employee Life Cycle, from Hire to Retire.
  • Handle the recruitment process, including candidate database management, candidate experience, and maintenance of job advertisements.
  • Own the administration of talent acquisition, talent assimilation, probation, leave management, rewards, payments, role change, and exits.
  • Support in driving employee safety and wellness initiatives and implementation of the plan.
  • Own the implementation of the learning calendar and handle coordination with multiple stakeholders to successfully run the programs.
  • Manage the engagement surveys
  • Proactively gauge the organizational climate and communicate matters to leadership, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
  • Handle employee queries and support them to effectively solve the queries.
  • Instinctively identifying areas to optimize and enhance the HR operational policies/ procedures, to create better work efficiencies for our people, and the organization.
  • Handle other HR Operations matters – like freelancers management, letters, compliance records, etc.
  • Uphold good HR data management practices by ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records in all the systems.
  • Prepare monthly reports and dashboards to provide insights and enhance decision-making.
  • To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Full-time MBA or Master's degree in Human Resource Management/ Psychology or Law is a must
  • At least 3 years of experience in the HR domain.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Previous work experience in a creative agency/ unicorn start-up and/or in an international setting is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Psychometrics assessments, HR analytics, Behavioral Science, and Indian Labor law would be an advantage.
