    Roles & Responsibilities

    As a vital component of the Strategic Solutioning & Transformation Unit, the Multi Tower Offering Development (MTO) function is dedicated to delivering end-to-end transformative solutions leveraging the capabilities of our various service lines. We are in search of a dynamic and seasoned Techno-Functional Project Manager/Lead to support the development of integrated industry centric solution offerings. This role is pivotal in providing end-to-end storytelling to customers, showcasing our capabilities in areas such as Autonomous Operations, Enterprises of the Future, Telco-to-Techo, Integrated Command Centre, and more.

    Position Overview:

    In the capacity of Techno-Functional Project Lead, you will work closely with solutioning team in shaping and execution of our multi-technology/service solution offerings. This role, under the guidance of MTO head and Architecture Review Board (ARB), entails close collaboration with Solution Architects, individual service/competency lines, sales and commercial teams to strategize and develop offerings that meet the evolving needs of clients across diverse industries.

    New Product Development and Marketing collateral development and how to position the product -

    Primary duties encompass, yet are not confined to:

    Ø Collaborate with offering development squad to grasp technical requirements and feasibility to develop end-to-end narratives for integrated solution offerings, ultimately delivering compelling stories for customers.

    Ø Work with individual service lines to seamlessly integrate diverse technologies into cohesive solution offerings as part of the overall offering narrative.

    Ø Collaborate with key stakeholders to comprehend market trends, client needs, and competitive landscapes.

    Ø With support of MTOD head and ARB, develop and execute a strategic offering development plan aligned with business objectives.

    Ø Engage with Sales/Deal Directors to understand their customer's challenges and requirements and translate them into actionable insights for offering development process.

    Ø In collaboration with respective team, support devising pricing strategies, business models, and go-to-market plans for each solution offering, ensuring alignment with market demand.

    Ø Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to solution offerings.

    Ø Support the sales collateral development and sales training programs on the offerings being developed by SST team
