    Description

    Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented CSM to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating relationships with clients, and nurturing existing accounts to drive business growth in the IT staffing sector.

    **Responsibilities:**

    Act as the primary point of contact between the staffing company and clients in the BFSI domain.

    Collaborate closely with clients to understand their staffing needs for new and replacement positions within their organizations.

    Conduct thorough assessments of client requirements and translate them into effective staffing strategies.

    Screen, and recommend qualified candidates to fulfill client positions, ensuring alignment with both technical and cultural requirements.

    Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering a deep understanding of their business goals and staffing challenges.

    Proactively address client concerns, providing effective solutions to enhance overall satisfaction and success.

    Monitor industry trends and client needs to stay ahead of staffing requirements within the dynamic BFSI landscape.

    Collaborate with internal teams to optimize client engagement and ensure seamless communication throughout the recruitment life cycle.

    Regularly review and report on key performance indicators, demonstrating the impact of staffing efforts on client success.

    Understand financial terms of the agreement.

    L1/2 escalation management

    **Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.

    Proven experience in client success or account management, preferably within the BFSI or financial services industry.

    In-depth understanding of BFSI industry trends, technology, and staffing challenges.

    Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

    Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding client expectations.

    Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.

    Started off as a recruiter.

    Willingness to travel as much as required by the client
