    Overview:

    We are seeking a talented Marketing Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with marketing data, possess strong client-facing skills, and demonstrate proficiency in SQL. As a Marketing Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing marketing data, generating insights, and providing strategic recommendations to drive marketing initiatives forward.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and marketing strategies.
    • Extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets using SQL to uncover actionable insights and trends.
    • Develop custom reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure marketing campaign effectiveness.
    • Perform segmentation analysis to identify target audiences and personalize marketing efforts.
    • Conduct A/B testing and other statistical analyses to evaluate marketing experiments and optimize campaign performance.
    • Communicate findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients through presentations, reports, and data visualizations.
    • Monitor data quality and ensure accuracy and completeness of marketing data sources.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing analytics.

    Required Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Proven experience working as a Data Analyst with a focus on Marketing Data.
    • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
    • Experience working with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Client-facing experience is preferred, with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into actionable insights.
    • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is a plus.
    • Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and experimental design methodologies is desirable.
