- Ensure timely renewal and maintenance of statutory licences and registrations under the Factories Act and related rules.
- Manage submission of statutory returns such as Form 11A and other applicable forms.
- Administer and monitor compliance with Minimum Wages Act, Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, and Payment of Gratuity, PF, Bonus and other related legislations.
- Maintain and implement Model Standing Orders and ensure adherence to internal policies in line with statutory requirements.
- Handle provisions under the Industrial Disputes Act (ID Act) including Notice of Change and Settlement procedures.
- Coordinate and represent the company during inspections by statutory and labour authorities.
- Oversee time office routines, including attendance, leave, and overtime (OT) management.
- Manage leave administration and leave encashment processes as per company policy and statutory norms.
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and statutory registers.
- Handle grievance redressal, employee discipline, and counsel employees to maintain a positive work environment.
- Support the HR HOD in implementing employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.
- Support enforcement of company rules and standing orders to maintain workplace discipline.
- Assist in handling employee misconduct cases and preliminary inquiries in coordination with the management.
- Participate in settlement negotiations and assist in drafting and maintaining records of agreements.
- Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Industrial Relations, or Labour Welfare.
- Experience: 8 to 12 years of experience in HR operations or compliance, preferably in a manufacturing or plant environment.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Indian labour laws, factory compliance, and HR administrative procedures.
- Strong knowledge of statutory labour laws and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/payroll software.
- Attention to detail, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information.
