Overview:

The SeniorTesting Automation Engineer plays a crucial role in ourorganization by leading the design development and implementationof automated testing systems. This role is essential in ensuringthe quality and reliability of our software products contributingto overall customer satisfaction.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Design and developautomated test scripts for web and mobileapplications
• Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to define test automationstrategies
• Execute automated test cases andanalyze results
• Identify prioritize and reportsoftware defects using a defect trackingsystem
• Establish testing processes andstandards to improve overall efficiency
• Conductcode reviews and provide technical guidance to testing automationteam members
• Stay updated with industry bestpractices and incorporate them into the testingprocess
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such assprint planning daily standups andretrospectives
• Contribute to continuousintegration and continuous deployment (CI/CD)pipelines
• Collaborate with the qualityassurance team to ensure comprehensive testcoverage

RequiredExperience:

• 7 years of experience inautomated testing including expertise in web and API automation.
• Proficiency in automation tools like Seleniumand a strong grasp of scripting languages are essential.
• The candidate should also be skilled intraditional manual testing techniques understanding various testingmethodologies and able to perform thorough quality assessments.
• Experience with continuous integration anddeployment (CI/CD) processes coupled with excellent problemsolvingand analytical abilities.
