Role and Responsibilities: As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our company's client base and revenue generation during the night shift. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients through various online platforms, directories, and networking channels, with a focus on global markets.
- Outreach and Prospecting: Initiate contact with prospective clients through emails, cold calls, and other relevant communication methods to introduce our digital marketing services.
- Consultative Selling: Understand the needs and challenges of potential clients and tailor our digital marketing solutions to meet their specific requirements. Present our services in a compelling and persuasive manner.
- Client Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and maintaining regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
- Proposal Creation: Collaborate with the internal team to develop customized proposals and quotations for clients, showcasing our services' value proposition.
- Negotiation and Deal Closure: Skillfully negotiate terms, pricing, and contract agreements to achieve successful deal closures while maintaining a win-win approach.
- Sales Targets: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing significantly to the company's growth and revenue goals.
- Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing strategies to offer innovative solutions to clients.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, leads, and client interactions within the CRM system.
- Night Shift Responsibility: Adhere to the designated night shift schedule and ensure optimal performance during those hours.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the digital marketing, SEO, or related industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented individual who thrives in a target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
