Job summary
We are looking for a Power Electronics Engineer with expertise in design, development and optimization of power modules used in traction inverters for EV's and Hybrid applications.
- Design & Development: Design power electronics circuit for Gate Drivers, DC-Link, Sensors and EMC filters. Perform market study and performance analysis of power modules (IGBT, SiC MOSFET, GAN).
- Simulation & Analysis: Perform electrical simulations using Model Order Reduction methods. Conduct thermal simulations and reliability analysis using Zth measurement results.
