Experience:
1)Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffingneeds.

2)Handle 80% of endtoend recruitment by developing customizedrecruitment strategies and draft innovative jobdescriptions.

3)Handle 20% of operations activities like attendance documentation(upload & filing) in HRMS portal during the entire employeelifecycle.

4)Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job boards social mediaplatforms own networking andreferrals.

5)Source screen and shortlist resumes and conduct initial telephonicinterviews followed by the F2F interviews to understand thecandidate sprofile.

6)Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiringmanagers.

7)Track applicant progress and manage candidate pipelines maintainingaccurate records in Applicant Tracking System(ATS).

8) Follow up with hiring managers for hiring decisions and updatefeedback onATS.

9)Update candidates and Consultancies (if any) on the hiring processand the status of theirapplication.

10)Perform background & reference checks of selectedcandidates.

11)Required to maintain all hardcopies of all the employees from theHR audit standpoint.

12)Collaborate within your HR Team to ensure a seamless onboardingexperience for newhires.


EducationalQualification and otherSkills:
oGraduate/PostGraduatefromarecognizeduniversity.
oHavingHRMS(preferablyZOHO)handsonexperiencewillbeanaddedadvantage.
