    Business Development Executive: ( Whatsapp Chatbot Sales )

    The Business Development Person is responsible for consistently generating and increasing revenues through the acquisition of new clients/businesses. The Role is to drive Business Acquisition and expansion, focusing on business development activities and account management through managing, directing, and working effectively.

    • Prior experience in selling SAAS-based products.
    • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt strategies and identify growth opportunities.
    • Prospecting: Identify & Map the right target accounts & POCs
    • Lead Generation: Perform various sales outreach methodologies to engage and schedule new meetings.
    • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers & influencers. Provide exceptional service and maintain regular communication with prospects & clients.
    • Sales Target: Meet and exceed monthly & quarterly sales targets.
    • Reporting: Adept in maintaining accurate records of sales activities, leads & opportunities in the CRM.

    Required Experience and Qualifications:

    • Bachelors Degree, preferably in a technical discipline, or equivalent. A Masters degree/MBA is a plus
    • Demonstrates outstanding written and oral communication skills.
    • Well-versed in the field of sales
    • Possessing exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and time-management skills, consistently demonstrate a high level of proficiency in fostering positive connections, facilitating successful negotiations, and effectively managing time to meet objectives.
    • Candidates must exhibit comfort and proficiency in cold-calling and engaging individuals face-to-face.
    • Possesses extensive experience in engaging directly with decision-makers and demonstrates comfort and proficiency in negotiation.
