    Core Responsibilities

    • Understanding Hiring Needs: Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements. Understand team dynamics, role expectations, and success metrics.

    • Sourcing Candidates:

    • Use job boards, social media, referrals, and databases to find suitable candidates.

    • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future roles
    • Screening & Shortlisting

      Review resumes and applications.
    • Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess qualifications and fit.

    • Coordinating Interviews: Schedule interviews with hiring teams.

    • Ensure smooth communication between candidates and interviewers.

    • Candidate Experience: Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates.

    • Provide feedback and updates throughout the process.

    • Offer Management: Extend job offers and negotiate terms.
    • Ensure alignment with compensation guidelines and candidate expectations.

    Employer Branding: Promote the company's culture and values.

    • Represent the organization positively in all candidate interactions
    • Data & Reporting

      Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire).
    • Provide insights to improve hiring strategies.
    • Compliance & Documentation Ensure hiring practices comply with labor laws and internal policies.
    • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and decisions.
