    Purpose& Overview:The Test Engineer Kronosis an integral member of the QA Delivery Team responsible forensuring the quality of Kronos applications and relatedintegrations within the HRMS group portfolio. This individual willserve as the subject matter expert for Kronos business functionsleading testing efforts and facilitating the resolution ofdefects.
    Qualifications:
    • 38years of testing experience in Kronos WorkforceManagement.
    • Strong knowledge of Kronos ForecastScheduling Time & Attendance and Integrationmodules.
    • Experience in leading a team ormodule.
    • Handson experience with Excelmacros.
    • Automation experience in any Kronosmodule is desirable.
    • Delivery experience onprojects using defined SDLC and Project Managementmethodologies.
    • Familiarity with softwaretesting methodologies including test planning scope identificationtest case development execution and defectmanagement.
    • Strong organizational planninginterpersonal documentation and communicationskills.
    • Proficiency in using HP QualityCenter/ALM.
    • Analytical skills forproblemsolving and decisionmaking with a systematic approach todata gathering and analysis.
    • Commitment todelivering quality work to meet client and customerneeds.
    Responsibilities:
    • Serveas the subject matter expert for Kronos business functionsincluding Forecast Scheduling Time & Attendance andIntegration modules.
    • Act as the single point ofcontact for Kronosrelated projects releases and implementationswithin the HR area coordinating tasks testing and delivery withother IT and business groups.
    • Write use casestest cases and test scripts for Kronos applications configurationsand integration modules across all SDLC testphases.
    • Utilize Excel macros for datavalidation.
    • Develop test strategy and executionplans identify test scenarios and cases and maintain testdata.
    • Execute functional and system testsdocument test execution using HPALM.
    • Proactively identify and troubleshootfunctional technical and integrationdefects.
    • Document defects using HP ALM andcommunicate issues risks and testing status to Test Manager or TestLead.
