    Job Title: Technical Sales Engineer

    Position 2.

    Location: Pune Satara Road (Pune)

    Experience: 2-5 years in Solution/Project Selling

    Responsibilities:

    1. Understand Customer Needs:

    Conduct in-depth technical assessments to understand customer requirements.

    Collaborate with customers to identify pain points and business challenges.

    1. Solution/Project Selling:

    Develop and present customized solutions based on the company's product and service offerings.

    Drive the sales process from initial contact through project delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage.

    1. Technical Expertise:

    Demonstrate a strong understanding of our products and services.

    Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.

    1. Collaboration:

    Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies.

    Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless project delivery.

    1. Client Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.

    Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing on-going support and guidance.

    1. Sales Targets:

    Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently closing deals.

    Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.

    Qualifications:

    1. M.Sc./ B.E./ B.Tech. Degree (e.g., in electronics / electronics and telecommunication / Instrumentation)

    1. 2-5 years of experience in technical sales, solution selling, or project-based selling.
    2. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    3. Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
    4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
