Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Fitter / Hydraulic Fitter with a minimum of 3–4 years of hands-on experience to join our operations team.

This role is critical in ensuring the efficient assembly, maintenance, and repair of mechanical and hydraulic systems across our facilities in Gujarat and Hospet.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and upholding safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and install mechanical and hydraulic components and machinery
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics accurately
• Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance on equipment
• Diagnose mechanical and hydraulic faults and carry out timely repairs
• Replace damaged or worn-out parts to ensure optimal performance
• Ensure precise alignment and proper fitting of mechanical systems
• Maintain tools, instruments, and workshop equipment in excellent working condition
• Strictly adhere to safety protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and compliance standards

Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years of proven experience as a Mechanical or Hydraulic Fitter
• ITI qualification in Mechanical or related trade
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, tools, and maintenance practices
• Problem-solving mindset with hands-on troubleshooting ability
• Basic knowledge of welding and fabrication is preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
