- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos for various marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, email, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage all aspects of Video production from planning the pre-production, on-site production and postproduction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and develop creative concepts for video content that align with our brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Utilize AI tools and technologies to enhance and streamline the video creation process, such as video editing software with AI-powered features.
- Stay updated with the latest video trends and advancements in AI technologies, and proactively incorporate them into video content creation.
- Work independently to manage and prioritize multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality videos.
- Provide feedback and recommendations on video concepts, scripting, and editing, and iterate videos based on feedback received.
- Take ownership of the entire video content creation process, from preproduction to final delivery, ensuring that all videos are visually appealing, engaging, and aligned with the brand's identity.
- 3 to 6 years of proven experience as a Video production specialist, content creator or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and engaging video content.
- Proficient in video shooting and editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Editing software or other relevant software.
- Familiarity with AI tools and technologies for video content creation, such as AI-powered video editing features or video automation tools.
- Strong understanding of video storytelling, composition, lighting, and audio production.
- Ability to shoot and edit both photos and videos and create visually appealing content.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure consistent brand representation in all video content.
- Bachelor's degree in film production, Video Editing, or a related field is preferred.
