    Description

    Join us as a Business Development Manager in our Sales team to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact as a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for selling Complete IT (Hardware+Software) products and services while focusing on developing new acquisition accounts and expanding existing accounts.

    You will (Key Responsibility Area):

    Responsibility:

    Work with customers and innovative solutions to business opportunities.

    Exceed sales and revenue targets through proactive client communications in SMB segment.

    Prospecting and developing new business to acquire new Logos.

    Understand of clients business functions, priorities, strategies, pain areas and solution options, and market trends and identify new business opportunities.

    Develop account plans, updating the organization on what will be required to grow and retain the customer.

    Establish clear contact plans with the customer to ensure that the business has appropriate relationships with technical, business management, influencers, and decision-makers.

    Answer inbound emails and phone calls from internal and external customers

    Be responsible to increase business with Enterprise sized accounts

    Use in-depth knowledge of product, technology and services to become a trusted business advisor for customers and partners

    Acquire and Retention of accounts, including account planning, sales forecasting, engaging cross-functional resources and working with the virtual teams to ensure alignment across the organizations

    Regularly engage with decision makers at client facilities in performing primary duties

    Heres what we are looking for with this role:

    Essential Requirements:

    Bachelors degree with 2-3 years of prior experience desired

    Excellent verbal and written communication essential.

    Direct Sales experience in Enterprise is highly desired

    Experience working within the cloud, CSP, enterprise software industry and knowledge of cloud / SaaS business models is preferred

    Ability to engage and influence C-level executives in end-customer organizations including Government entities, Corporates and SMB.

    Intermediate understanding of the full range of products and services

    Previous experience in relationship selling

    Ability to identify how Our products and services align to customer needs

    Good understanding of computer technology

    Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills

    Research skills, curiosity about business components
