Key Roles &Responsibilities:
Work on Profit& Loss account and responsible for endtoend monthlymanagement accounting for brands of the portfolio Analysis of monthly performance of profitparameters and conducting variance analysis against budget Preparation of PnL forecast for variousentities variance analysis of forecast figure & preparationof commentary report Managing the workingcapital for the assigned brands or category Partner with leadership to develop business plans and keyinitiatives that improve productivity & efficiencies withinthe supply chain Assisting in preparation ofbudgets AOP forecast and business review decks for seniormanagement. Preparation of planned/adhocreports as required by the business teamsProactively work with Tech function on automating manual processfor reporting Driving special projects diligence during fund raise cost optimization projects etc.

Skills& Requirements:
CA withminimum 4 to 6 years of experience Priorexperience in Ecommerce (preference Fashion Beauty &Personal Care brands) ExcellentCommunication skills to navigate crossdepartmentdiscussions Analytical and inferencingability Good knowledge of variousperformance parameter of an ecommercebusiness Knowledge of general economy markettrend outlook financial performance of major marketplayers Good knowledge of accountingprinciples banks financial statement analysis andtreasury.
