    • Main Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition across functions at a PAN India level, encompassing multiple plants of the company.
    • Job Profile Development: Collaborate with functional heads to create job profiles, making necessary amendments based on their feedback.
    • Recruitment Strategies: Administer various recruitment methods including job portals, campus interviews, employee referrals, networking, headhunting, and partnerships with quality recruitment consultants.
    • Manpower Requisition: Obtain Manpower Requisition Forms from functional heads for all positions.
    • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial candidate screenings to ensure high-quality candidates meet the specified requirements.
    • Negotiations and Orientations: Discuss salary components with candidates, manage negotiations as needed, and oversee smooth orientation and induction programs for new hires.
    • Consultant Partnerships: Establish relationships with top industry consultants to place suitable candidates, negotiate terms and conditions, and finalize agreements.
    • Reference Checks and Exit Interviews: Conduct reference checks and exit interviews to maintain a high standard of talent acquisition.
    • MIS Management: Maintain accurate MIS of candidate databases, monthly recruitment reports, exit check reports, and recognition/motivation activities.
