    Presales Solution Architect/Manager – Oracle ERP CloudExperience: 10+ yearsLocations: Pune/Hyderabad/ Bangalore

    Full-timeJob ResponsibilitiesSolutions Manager provides pre-sales solution support and works in collaboration with Accelalpha Sales, Consulting and Oracle Sales & Solution Engineering Teams in selling the consulting services offerings in and around Oracle Cloud Applications such as ERP Cloud, Supply Chain, OTM, GTM, WMS.Provide direct sales support for Sales Representative by conducting discovery sessions, building solutions leveraging Oracle's Cloud Services portfolio, providing solution design/recommendation presentations & general Q/A support for prospective customers to meet or exceed sales targets.

    Collect and analyze prospective customer environment data (current infrastructure, application products implemented, product customizations [technical & functional]), and assist in mapping business needs for the purpose of recommending solutions based on Oracle Cloud Services offerings.

    Assist sales teams in assessing unique customer service needs and developing solutions that meet client needs while supporting Accelalpha's business objectives.

    Periodically participate in various projects to create and enhance sales tools, technical collateral, etc. in support of the broader sales team.
    Provide deal/ activity report to management on a periodic basis.
    Required Experience & SkillsA track record in developing value propositions for transformational and operational services for major organizations.

    Extensive expertise in IT solution design/deployment/migration engagements across large scale projects and also in the area of mission-critical production operations and support.

    Have proven experience in industry-standard project delivery and service management best practice.
    Broad understanding of typical enterprise applications, IT infrastructures, public and on-premises cloud, including but not limited to Oracle technologies.

    Significant customer facing presentation and interaction experience in consulting and trusted advisor roles with C-level executives in relation to IT services articulating service and technology solutions in terms of business value and risk.

    Experience in crafting win theme, responding to proposals and conversant with high level architecture of Oracle Cloud solutions.

    Should have minimum of 10 years of relevant experience of working in Oracle ERP and Supply chain offering such as Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing, Order Management, Planning etcShould have in-depth functional expertise in two or more Oracle Fusion offerings listed above.

    Should have minimum of 2 years Pre-Sales experience in Oracle ERP and SCM CloudShould have at least 3 ~ 4 end to end implementation experience in ERP and SCM Cloud working through requirement analysis to go-live.

    Should have a broad understanding of the common integration touchpoints between Oracle Fusion offerings and other oracle products like OTM, GTM, WMS, CPQ.Good understanding of estimation models, pricing methods and commercial aspects.

    Should be a self-starter and be able to contribute individually as well as a team member.

    Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills:
    needs analysis, positioning, business justification, closing techniques.
    Should have strong articulation and messaging skills.
    Should be flexible to over-lap with different time zones.
    Ability to travel as needed.
