    Technical Skills

  • Active Directory Services including DNS, DHCP, DFS
  • Citrix Technologies (AppDelivery, Netscaler, StoreFront)
  • Hypervisor Administration (VMWare)
  • Server Operating Systems & Group Policy (Windows)
  • Experience for configuration of PaaS Services (SQL/Function/Logic etc.))
  • Having experience of Service Endpoints and Private Endpoints
  • Troubleshooting Experience of PaaS Services
  • Knowledge of Auto Scaling Scale Set/Availability Zone/Availability Set
  • Should have experience on App Registration/Enterprise Registration
  • Azure AD & Azure MFA
  • Infrastructure Support for third party applications like Tableau, Fax, Jira etc..
  • Knowledge of Security Posture and Compliance (HIPAA, HiTrust, SOC, Etc..)

    • Deliverables:

  • Event log analysis at regular interval for maintaining the integrity of servers.
  • System State backup
  • Preparation of MIR for Major Incidents
  • Change execution.
  • P1 call resolution
  • Performance tuning suggest by OEM
  • Replication managements
  • Continual Service Improvement Planning and executions
  • Maintaining Active Directory services
  • Preparation of RCA for Major Incidents
  • Repeat Incident / Alert Analysis
  • Performance tuning suggest by OEM
  • Update and maintenance of Availability, Capacity management
  • Incident / Problem / Change management
  • Maintaining NetScaler and Citrix environments
  • Monthly patch management

    Job Responsibilities (Cloud)
  • Knowledge on Azure and AWS (Certification preferred)
  • Candidates must have hands on data center migration experience moving legacy system to Azure
  • Resolve escalated tickets
  • Build cloud solutions on Azure for respective client needs
  • Ensure adherence to support SLA.
  • Perform pre & post migration sanity checks (Infra level testing)
