    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Assistant - Project Manager to join our team, who will be responsible for leading the projects, establishing the project execution approach and overall project handover, execution planning, and monitoring and controlling both internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals.


    Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint review / demo and retrospective meetings
    • Guide and coach in Agile practices
    • Expert in estimation and planning
    • Should know how to create useful, reliable and practical plans for development projects
    • Coordination between multi-Project team members
    • Work with business analysists hand in hand for all program related work area
    • Communicating to Projects Owners/Stakeholders and accommodating any schedule changes as per owners/stakeholders needs
    • Planning different communications and action items between different teams while performing migrations Monitoring and Ensuring on-Time Quality Delivery
    • Stakeholder Interaction and facilitating Daily Stand up calls
    • Creating and managing Scrum/Iteration Board
    • Ensuring full productivity of the team Good knowledge and handling of project management methodology and techniques
    • Good understanding of the wider objectives of the program Ability to work positively with the wide range of individuals involved in program management
    • Possess ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems

    Requirements:
    • Minimum 4+ years of experience in a technical project/program management role managing cross-functional projects, end-to-end implementation, and deployment.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
    • Experience managing multiple clients with strong knowledge of Agile/SCRUM processes.
    • Excellent communication skills necessary
    • PMP certification (preferred).
    • Excellent risk management and reporting abilities.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
