Roles and Responsibilities:

• Keeping the team and clients updated on tax developments and issues for their consideration as well as the team's growth and learning.

• Have outstanding verbal and writing communication abilities for both internal and external clients. draft technical tax information in a comprehensible manner.

• Supervising and advancing the technological and technical skills of tax employees and seniors. Give Tax Seniors honest performance comments on a range of engagements.

• Excellent proficiency in examining federal, state, and local income tax returns in the United States.

• Overall project life cycle manager responsible for overseeing tax compliance; role includes finding consulting opportunities and providing direct reporting to clients, partners, and senior managers.

• Managing and growing the multi-state western team of roughly thirty tax experts in the field of investment management.

• The ability to analyze state and federal tax returns, quarterly estimates, annual extensions for non-residents, investment management partnerships, and blocker corporations are among the competencies. actively engaged in organizing tasks in accordance with the regulations governing withholding for different individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts. along with contacting the state board, assisting clients with compliance and consulting problems, and bringing in money outside of the firm's purview.
