Job Overview
Naukripay seeks an experienced Inventory Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal management of our products across various channels.

About the Role
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices. Key responsibilities include:

Collaborating with buyers to plan product ranges and stock levels;
Monitoring market trends and consumer demand to determine product viability;
Securing favorable prices and terms from suppliers;
Managing inventory levels and distribution;
Working with visual display staff to create attractive sales floor displays;
Forecasting profits and sales to optimize product areas.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you should have experience in inventory management, preferably in a retail setting. The ideal candidate will also have strong analytical skills, be comfortable working with numbers, and be proficient in data analysis software.

Benefits
Naukripay offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of approximately $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Other benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
