    Job Overview:

    The candidate

    • Should be able to build & strengthen internal & external relationships, manage customer relations & implement strategies to increase revenue & acquire new business opportunities.
    • personally look for business opportunities and find them, communicate with customers at all levels, manage large proposals and offers to bring them in finally.
    • be able to collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to develop innovative Sales & Marketing strategies.
    • be required to work in several countries and time zones. He / She should be able to manage same and also willing to travel extensively.

    Experience in handling Pneumatic Products, although not essential, is preferred.

    Main product compromises of Solenoid Valves, Positioners and Actuators ( Electro Hydraulic & Pneumatic)

    Market growth is at the heart of the current strategy and it is expected that you will maximize the opportunities by implementing most appropriate Business Development Strategy.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identifying & developing new business opportunities for the company
    • a pipeline through the team and hold a personal pipeline
    • and execute strategic plan to achieve targets and expand customer base
    • and implementing an account management plan to ensure that business relations are properly maintained
    • and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
    • and manage relationships with international partners, including distributors, agents and vendors
    • international regulations and compliance requirements
    • building with key influencers like consultants, engineering division of End Users, EPC, PMC etc
    • with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
    • communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
    • category-specific landscapes and trends
    • on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
    • repeatable programs to enable direct sales and / or partner sales/ growth
    • accurate, timely forecasts and report weekly performance and details of specific opportunities

    Qualifications

    • Graduate (Instrumentation / Mechanical) with 20+ years' experience in Sales with minimum 5 years in Business Development Activities at mid / senior role with at least 5 years' experience in Export market.
    • continuous sales experience in valves, Pneumatic & Hydraulic Actuation Business
    • understanding of current market trends and dynamics for Industrial Component & Valve market
    • sales skills including sales processes, sales techniques and methodologies
    • negotiating skills
    • to make the best use of time and resources
    • level of communication and presentation skills
