Visiting all sites once in a month to ensure proper functioning of the site

Proper management of shortage report to be made along with analysis

Daily critical site report with action plan

Billing to be cleared for respective sites

Assist CMD in planning recreational activities at the sites

Conducting meeting with site managers, supervisors every fortnight to discuss the grievance and provide proper solutions. Report to be submitted to CMD

Participate in monthly meeting with client and discuss the outcome of meeting with Ops team to ensure the grievances are closed within the given time frame

Control and approve the material budget obtained from the admin department

Interact with clients on regular basis and collect their feedback on operational issues

Assist CMD in devising business development strategies

Ensure that supervisor, site managers, field officers produce unit wise reports, site observation reports on timely basis

Surprise visits on sites with checklist of documentation and reports to be made and produced to HOD
