Legal Manager - Worli - Percept Ltd

Description

Percept is looking for a Legal Manager with 6–10 years of experience to manage end-to-end legal matters including contracts, litigation, non-litigation IPR, copyright, IPR activities and corporate compliance. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, smart and well-versed in media/entertainment laws (Preferred not required), with strong drafting skills and the ability to independently handle litigation and non-litigation matters.

Job Description

• Managing all the legal matters of the company,
• Drafting Contracts, MOUs, Addendum, NDAs , Agreement for sponsorship, endorsement, Music, Retainers, employment, Permission etc,
• Co-ordination at Police Station if any required
• Managing work activities around IPR & Copy Rights Law, Music Licenses
• Responsible creating documents related to labour laws, co-ordinate with law firms
• Monitor the pending cases with the Advocate/External Counsel's office
• Able to coordinate with other departments for collection of necessary inputs for preparing necessary documents.
• Attend the Court for routine matters and coordinate with the Advocates and attend hearing along with seniors.
