    We are seeking a talented and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Oceanmtech. As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives to support the overall business objectives. This is a full-time position based in Surat, Gujarat, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in HR.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
    • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role
    • Knowledge of HR functions and best practices
    • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations

    • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
    • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
    • Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management
    • Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
    • Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback
    • Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
    • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
    • Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and counseling to employees
    • Conduct training sessions on HR topics, including diversity and inclusion, harassment prevention, and employee development
