    Profile- Hire To Retire

    Location- Mumbai

    Knowledge/Skills required:

     Minimum of 10-12 years of Multi- HR Process – Esp TA | Employee Life Cycle | Payroll &Tax

    | Talent Development | HR policy management.

     Overall work experience of 8+ years within multi-HR operations

     Experience in high volume HR process transactions experience as a Quality checker

    (transactions) along with training exposure for associates' performance management.

     Preferably should have worked in HCM like Oracle |Success Factors | Workday and

    equivalent.

     Must maintain a high degree of care and diligence in protecting the confidentiality of

    employee personal information and documents.

     Must be able to work independently, set priorities, meet deadlines, solve problems, and

    satisfy commitments.

     Strong written and oral communication skills are necessary for interacting with all levels of the

    organization.

     Strong analytical and quantitative skills

     Demonstrated attention to detail with an appreciation of complexity and risk

     Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to create simple solutions

     Desire to work in a fast-paced, environment.

     Experience in HRBP & HR Policy management will be added as well report presentations

    Educational Qualifications:

     Bachelor's or Masters degree in human resource administration

    Good to have skills:

     International muti-HR Process experience and exposure of full employee life cycle process

     Preferred experience in financial services and Insurance domains will be added advantage.

     Knowledge and exposure to global HCM tools – Oracle | Success factors | Workday and tools

    under ADP (esp. Payroll based) will be added advantage.
