    Position: National Head-Institutional Sales

    Compensation: Up to Rs LPA

    Qualifications: MBA or B.Tech will be preferred

    Role Summary:

    • The incumbent in this role will be responsible for Profit and Loss (P&L) of the entire vertical and will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, overseeing the financial performance of the institutional sales vertical.
    • Will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key relationships, and leading a dynamic sales team to success
    • Will also be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination between sales, production plants, and supply chain functions. strategic vision and leadership will be instrumental in achieving and surpassing sales objectives in the institutional market segment

    Key Job Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute strategic plans for the institutional sales division to achieve revenue targets and enhance market share. create and share a compelling vision to make company's brand a market leader
    • Collaborate with business leaders and leadership team to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
    • Continuously evaluate market trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
    • Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies to enhance profitability.
    • Identify and cultivate relationships with key institutional clients, including government agencies, educational institutions, corporations, and non-profit organizations.
    • Understand the unique needs of institutional clients and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
    • Drive revenue growth by expanding the institutional client base, cross-selling products, and upselling additional solutions.
    • Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds sales targets.
    • Lead negotiations for complex contracts and agreements with institutional clients.
    • Devise strategies to optimize costs in critical areas
    • Streamline sales processes, order fulfillment, and supply chain operations to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
    • Develop reports to measure the effectiveness of sales strategies, monitor sales performance, analyze data, and generate data-driven insights.
