    Description

    As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will work closely with the HR team to streamline the recruitment process and enhance our ability to attract and select top talent. This role requires a keen interest in human resources, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Candidate Sourcing: Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media platforms, job boards, and professional networks.
    • Screening Resumes: Help in screening resumes to identify candidates who meet the minimum criteria.
    • Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth communication flow between candidates and interviewers.
    • Candidate Communication: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing information and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
    • Recruitment Events: Support the organization in hosting or participating in job fairs, campus drives, and other recruitment events.
    • Data Management: Help maintain recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems, ensuring all candidate information is up-to-date and accessible.

    Requirements:

    • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • A proactive approach and eagerness to learn about the recruitment process.
