Job Summary
The Production Support Technician I-2 role is an entry-level position that requires basic skills with moderate level of proficiency in one or more technical processing environments. The job involves maintaining scheduling systems and procedures for processing environments as well as monitoring applications and hardware for abnormal conditions.• Maintains scheduling system and new/improved work procedures for processing environment.
