    A concise glimpse into the roleWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our team in Kolkata.

    As a Junior Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in gathering and interpreting data, eliciting requirements, and facilitating communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level professional looking to kick-start their career in business analysis within a fast-paced and supportive environment.


    Your time will be invested in·Data Analysis : Collect and analyse data from various sources to generate actionable insights and recommendations for product development and business strategies.·Requirement Gathering : Assist in gathering functional and system requirements from clients and stakeholders and translate them into clear and actionable items for the development team.·Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including requirement specifications, process flows, and data reports.·User Acceptance Testing : Participate in testing and quality assurance processes to ensure that product features meet requirement specifications.·Market Research : Conduct research to identify industry trends and analyse competitors, providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.·Reporting : Develop regular reports on product performance, market trends, and key business metrics to inform stakeholders.·Stakeholder Communication : Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and understanding of project statuses and needs.


    Qualifications:

    • Education:Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
    • Experience : 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related field. Internship experience in a tech or business environment is a plus.
