Life on the team

Computacenter GIS business unit is seeking a confident and experienced Reporting and Metric Analyst professionals, to bring maturity to their existing approach. The ideal candidate will have broad experience in PowerBI and VBA with ITIL experience can create a plan to deliver improvements then execute against the plan.

Good communication skills and relationship building will enable the candidate to excel at the role, build a culture of strong team and advance their career within Computacenter.

What you'll do

• Development of security KPI's and operational metrics
• Development of PowerBI reporting
• Development of Executive scorecards and presentations
• Development of report tooling to assist the Operational Security team
• Ability to build relationships with peers from various technical teams across GIS and GIA
• Collaborate with asset management functions to ensure an accurate view of all assets, identify any gaps in tooling
• Continuous improvement - identify opportunities for process improvement (eg. via automation)
• Incident Management – Support security incidents with ad-hoc reporting as required

What you'll need

• Demonstrable intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel
• Demonstrable experience creating reporting in eg. PowerBI
• Experience with VBA
• Experience combining and manipulating large datasets
• Experience in navigating data sources and connecting API's for dataset extraction
• Ability to create reporting slide decks that are insightful and drive action
• Knowledge of the IT Infrastructure (technology stack) in a large corporate environment
• Basic IT process knowledge / qualifications eg. ITIL
• Excellent organisational skills
• Strong communicator both written and spoken
• Comfortable working autonomously to deliver value.
